Pain de campagne, tomate, St Marcellin, tomate, des poires et – hors d’image – un pacquet de tranches de dinde plastique.

  1. I can guarantee that this was one of the top three meals of your trip – am I right or am I right?
I know this because I’ve eaten it before and still think fondly of french bread, hand cut tomato and cheese.
    YUMBO.

It would have been, franzy, if it hadn’t been pretty much identical to at least &0 others! St Marcellin is very nice cheese, but lacks the wonderful pungency that St Félicien acquires after a couple of hours in the backpack.
